Terms of Service

1. Service

LyteWi Internet Services provides fixed wireless internet access in the San Diego area. Service availability, throughput, and latency depend on line of sight, equipment, and network conditions. LyteWi does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

2. Accounts and Billing

Service is billed monthly in advance. Subscribers are responsible for keeping account and contact information current. Non-payment may result in suspension or termination of service.

3. Acceptable Use

Subscribers may not use the service for unlawful activity, to send unsolicited bulk messages, to interfere with the network or other subscribers, or to infringe the rights of others. LyteWi may suspend service for violations.

4. SMS Terms and Conditions

Consent

By opting in — either by texting START to (619) 927-1800, or by providing your phone number and checking the SMS consent box during online service signup at portal.lytewi.com — you expressly consent to receive text messages from LyteWi Internet Services at the number provided. Messages may include service notifications, outage alerts, maintenance updates, billing reminders, and account security communications. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

Opting out

You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message from (619) 927-1800. You will receive a confirmation message and no further messages will be sent. You may re-subscribe by replying START.

Frequency and cost

Message frequency varies based on service events. Message and data rates may apply. LyteWi does not charge for SMS messages, but your mobile carrier may charge standard messaging rates. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

5. Equipment

Equipment supplied by LyteWi remains the property of LyteWi unless purchased outright and must be returned in working condition upon termination of service.

6. Limitation of Liability

LyteWi is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from service interruption. Total liability is limited to the amount paid for service in the affected period.

7. Changes

LyteWi may update these terms. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.
